Yesterday motherday excursion with my mother painting not far from Interlaken above Habkern near Lombachalp.

As last sunday again to the mouth of Saane into Aare river, this time on the other side high on the rock. Saw 2 roe deers, 3 hobbies (falcons) hunting insekts over the water, mergansers with cubs and finally at 20.30 a beaver crossing the Aare below.

Big change since my last visit here at 18th Feb. Several nightingales and a lot of other birds singing, 3 cuckoos, a kingfisher, a weasel, many mergansers. Tried to make sound recordings on minidisk for an exhibition but on most I found later some disturbing noise as from plane, wind or people.
