High season at the natur reserve Fanel at Lake of Neuchatel. Today I counted 57 species of birds. eg. Grey Heron, Great White Egret, Little Egret, Purple Heron, Squacco Heron, Little Bittern, Common Tern (breeding), Cormorant, chicks of Yellow-legged Gull, Black-headed Gull, Lesser Kestrel, Hobby.

In the afternoon a swan is hissing on its nest and I see the reed around moving. Soon 3 wild boars appears, swim over a channel and start feeding in bright sun in the swamp.
